About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team at mediCAD Hectec GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Install and train customers on our planning software, both remotely and on-site
  • Process technical customer requests and maintain customer contacts in our CRM system
  • Help customers troubleshoot software issues and resolve technical problems
  • Collaborate with our Product Managers to develop and implement training programs for customers
  • Connect our software to customer picture archive systems (PACS) and document customer-specific data in our CRM and FAQ system
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and communicate with our customers to ensure optimal service
Requirements
  • Completed training in computer systems management or a degree in computer science
  • Advanced knowledge in computer systems management (Windows Server) and DB (SQL Server environment)
  • Basic knowledge in IP network technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills an advantage
