Senior Manager, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our money movement solutions across the region, aligning with global and local market objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive the strategy for Europe Money Movement Solutions, ensuring alignment with global goals and regional market demands.
- Lead the design and execution of GTM plans, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
- Develop and localise the Money Movement sales enablement tools and materials to enhance and advance our sales specialists and AEs skills to identify and close opportunities at pace and achieve +40% growth rates.
- Conduct market research and analysis, monitor competitors, and use data-driven insights for strategic decisions and thought leadership articles to drive awareness and demand.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing GTM team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the cluster MMS Revenue and Growth teams and cluster Business Development teams to evolve the MMS GTM and Sales Enablement capabilities, ensuring strategies are well-integrated and executed across all regions.
- Contribute to the management of the P&L, KPIs, and identifying risks to strategy and GTM plans.
- Professional Qualifications and Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in strategy development, go-to-market execution, and leadership roles within the financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
- Demonstrable success in leading complex, multi-country go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the European payments' ecosystem, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and build consensus at the executive level, both internally and externally.
- Skilled in managing large, geographically diverse teams, emphasising performance enhancement, development, and inclusivity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
