Senior Manager, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement Strategist

At Bosch Group, we're committed to connecting the world through innovative payments solutions. As a Senior Manager, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement, you'll play a key role in shaping our strategic vision for Visa Direct money movement solutions across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute GTM plans to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Develop and localise sales enablement tools and materials to enhance sales specialists' skills and drive growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and thought leadership articles.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
- Collaborate with cluster teams to evolve GTM and Sales Enablement capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
- Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 set days in the office per week.
