Strategic Leader, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement

We are seeking a Strategic Leader, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement to join our team at Bosch Group. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our money movement solutions across Europe, aligning with global and local market objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the European payments landscape, including regulatory environments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. They will also have experience in strategy development, go-to-market execution, and leadership roles within the financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
The Strategic Leader, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement will lead the design and execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration. They will also develop and localise sales enablement tools and materials to enhance and advance our sales specialists and AEs skills.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed strategic decisions. The candidate should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Europe Money Movement Solutions
- Lead the design and execution of go-to-market plans
- Develop and localise sales enablement tools and materials
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development, go-to-market execution, and leadership roles within the financial services, payments, or fintech sectors
- Strong understanding of the European payments landscape
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
