Job Description:

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer relations and field service. Our department is the primary interface for customers, handling all aspects of their in-service fleet.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As an apprentice, you will participate in various activities, including:

  • Improving processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Supporting customer support directors in monitoring and developing customer satisfaction
  • Providing up-to-date information and resources for effective customer communication
  • Leading improvement projects to optimize customer operations knowledge
  • Preparing and organizing the resolution of important customer topics

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship student at Level 7 or Master degree or graduate engineer program or business school, in the field of project management, quality management applied to customer relations
  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Interest in aeronautics and willingness to learn and improve
  • Autonomous and proactive with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in French and English
