Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Assistant role at Imerys involves managing customer orders, requests, and complaints efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong customer orientation, business sense, and communication skills. They will be responsible for monitoring customer order patterns, tracking missing orders, and ensuring proactive communication with customers regarding order fulfillment.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of understanding of customers, products, and applications, and ensure that customers' real needs are satisfied at best costs for the company. They will work closely with the Logistics team to identify alternative delivery solutions and ensure accurate order entry within the ERP system.
The Customer Service Assistant will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing the orderbook with sales managers, ensuring proper and periodic communication with sales managers about major events, deviations, and development of critical topics with customers, and registering and following up on customer complaints through a dedicated tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Monitor customer order patterns and track missing orders
- Ensure proactive communication with customers regarding order fulfillment
- Contribute to the development of understanding of customers, products, and applications
