As a Senior Business Development Manager at Convera, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate sector across France. Your key objectives will include establishing new business relationships, identifying and addressing opportunities for foreign exchange and payment solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing new business relationships and identifying opportunities for foreign exchange and payment solutions.
  • Cold calling prospective clients and researching their business objectives to identify their foreign exchange and international payment requirements.
  • Designing benefits-based solutions and action plans to meet the needs of Convera's clients.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales and pipeline reports.

Requirements:

  • Education or equivalent skills with a strong desire to grow into a professional sales role.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
  • Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of consultative sales principles, adept at executive corporate level negotiations, and able to build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and especially the Foreign Exchange market.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English is required.
