Rattaché au Directeur Commercial d'UPS France Capital, vous assurez la vente de solutions d'assurance transport aux entreprises qui commercent et s'approvisionnent à l'internationale.
Missions Principales- Participer à la définition des moyens à mettre en œuvre pour rendre l'approche commerciale efficace : prospection téléphonique (identifier les principaux décideurs, évaluer la stratégie de risque actuelle, analyser la situation financière), en mettant fortement l'accent sur la prospection, en attirant de nouveaux clients pour développer le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité d'UPS Capital France
- Présenter et adapter l'offre commerciale aux besoins exprimés par les prospects, avec un focus sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Assurer une mise en œuvre harmonieuse des produits UPSC dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement du client/partenaire, y compris les stratégies d'atténuation des risques avec le client et/ou en travaillant avec le personnel opérationnel et de sécurité interne
- Développer et gérer de manière proactive un portefeuille clients pour soutenir l'exécution réussie du plan de vente
- Développer la stratégie commerciale : Evaluer les indicateurs financiers ; tirer parti des ressources de vente et des services pour répondre aux besoins des clients ; détecter le chevauchement entre les besoins des clients et les tendances externes de l'industrie
- Participer à l'accompagnement et à la formation pour maintenir les compétences et les certifications
- Collaborer avec tous les services internes en contact avec les clients au sein d'UPS pour développer des stratégies visant à développer le chiffre d'affaires
- Assurer la conformité des accords de partenaires
- Favoriser l'adoption des programmes de l'entreprise auprès des partenaires assignés
- Recruter de manière proactive de nouveaux partenaires qualifiés
Formation : BAC + 3/4 dans le domaine des assurances / Banques / Risque financier / Immobilier
1-3 ans années d'expériences dans l'expérience client, la prospection et l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
Aptitude à la négociation / Goût du challenge / Charisme / Dynamisme / Motivation /Autonomie / Organisation / Esprit d'initiative
Bon niveau d'anglais requis : Bilingue (oral et écrit).
