About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to drive the acquisition and upsell of new practitioners on the French market at Doctolib.
This is a key role within our sales, marketing, and product teams, and you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and increase revenue.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing acquisition and upsell strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Leading campaign execution in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive acquisition and upsell
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition costs
- Continuously optimizing campaigns and strategies to improve performance and drive growth
- Identifying new innovative levers to supercharge performance and reporting on ROI
About You
As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, operations, or product, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead projects across different teams, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and GSheets. Experience with Tableau and/or Metabase is a plus.
Additionally, you will be able to drill down into details and focus on the big picture, have a proven track record of achieving high growth in small or large companies, and be comfortable in a fast-paced and chaotic environment.
