The Customer Success Deployment Specialist is responsible for the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions. Key objectives include improving customer ROI, securing contract renewal, and expanding the Anaplan footprint at existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and implement Anaplan solutions for customers
- Develop and execute plans to improve customer ROI and secure contract renewal
- Identify opportunities to grow the Anaplan footprint at existing customers
- Work closely with customers to align platform expansion plans with key business objectives
- Enable customers to achieve business transformation with Anaplan
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical information to all personas.
