We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our Customer Service team at Evolution Powertools. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction across the UK, US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team Leader to develop and implement standards and processes to enhance customer engagement.
- Test and implement new processes before rolling them out to the wider team.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
- Create and promote a culture of continuous improvement and embed LEAN principles in the department.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team's performance.
- Contribute to the budget preparation for the Customer Service department.
- Develop and present recommendations to the Head of Customer Services aligned with the overall Customer Engagement Strategy.
- Support the wider team during busy periods.
- Extensive knowledge of communication through various channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite related software.
- Preferred experience in SAP and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience in LEAN and continuous improvement processes.
