Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading financial services company to recruit a French-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic international team and contribute to the growth of the company.

Sales Retention Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, and converting high-quality leads into long-lasting customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the company's products and services through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty
  • Utilize effective communication skills to convert leads into sales
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have native/fluent French language skills, both oral and written, and fluency in English (at least B2 level). Previous retention experience in the Forex & CFD industry is essential, along with computer savviness, ability to work under pressure, management, and mathematics skills.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in Cyprus.
