About the Role

Roche, a 125-year-old company with a rich history of innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Engagement and Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance our employee experience, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction. This will involve:

    • Conducting a thorough diagnostic of our organization's current state, including our business processes, employee needs, and client expectations.

    • Identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.

    • Designing and implementing prototypes to test and refine our solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our employees and clients.

    • Leading the implementation and monitoring of our solutions, ensuring they are effective and efficient.

  • You will contribute to the development of a culture of agility and customer-centricity within our organization, leveraging innovative methods and collaborative approaches to drive business success.

    • You will develop and implement tools to enhance our employee engagement, including our internal barometer of satisfaction and targeted surveys.

    • You will lead our Collaborator Panel, a diverse group of employees who will provide insights and feedback on our employee experience and suggest improvements.

    • You will participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance our organization's learning and development capabilities.

    • You will collaborate with our various communities of practice and interest, including our Open Community and RSE Community.

  • You will contribute to the development of our employer brand, ensuring our organization is an attractive and engaging place to work.

    • You will lead our onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into our organization.

    • You will coordinate the implementation of our Live Well program, focused on employee well-being and health.

    • You will contribute to the development of our diversity and inclusion policy, working closely with our People and Culture team.

  • You will continuously monitor and evaluate our employee experience, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.

    • You will conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices and innovative approaches in our industry and beyond.

    • You will analyze emerging trends and developments in our sector, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in employee experience, engagement, and organizational development. You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as consulting or human resources.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking principles.

  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
