About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Expert to join our team as a Junior Business Growth Associate in Paris. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage qualified inbound leads and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Analyze each property to understand the owner's needs and objectives, and propose tailored rental strategies.
  • Become an expert in short-term rental management and build a strong network of contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with the onboarding department to ensure a smooth transition for new properties.
  • Accompany owners throughout their journey, from project discovery to signing, and provide regular updates.
  • Monitor performance and provide weekly reports to your manager.

Requirements:

  • You are driven by a spirit of conquest and enjoy meeting challenges head-on.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You can multitask effectively, manage your schedule, and prioritize tasks.
  • You demonstrate diplomacy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
