Job Title: Thermoplastic Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our European sales team as a Thermoplastic Sales Development Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the thermoplastics market.

About the Role:
  • Manage sales and business development activities of thermoplastic compounds across various industries, including White Goods, Electrical & Electronics, Automotive, Sports & Leisure, etc.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and execute a sales plan, providing regular progress updates and forecasts.
  • Identify, quantify, and action new sales opportunities, effectively communicating key milestones and necessary actions to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Existing sales experience of thermoplastic compounds with a proven track record of independently developing a new customer base.
  • Ability to acquire new clients through a value-added sales approach, focusing on promoting specific material solutions for given applications.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
