Sales Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing sales team, focusing on developing and scaling our Small clients business in the Iberia & Latam markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience in SaaS solutions, and a passion for challenges and out-of-the-box thinking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, leading the sales process, building relationships with C-Level executives, and negotiating contracts. They will also work collaboratively with local sales partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Owning the territory and associated quota
* Identifying new opportunities in Iberia & Latam, exploring all segments and lines of business
* Pitching and negotiating with C-Level executives
* Working on and submitting proposals, negotiating contracts with clients
* Building strong relationships with strategic prospects and clients
* Thinking creatively, suggesting new ideas and approaches to improve our product, based on client expectations

Requirements
* +3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in a tech company or insurance space
* Familiarity with sales protocols and SaaS company processes, use of CRMs, Slack communication, multi-team interactions
* Good self-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* 'Pioneer' mindset, agility, and adaptability required to open doors and interact with technical teams
* Level-headed, able to project manage smaller (40k - 60k) and larger (100K - 200K) contracts, excellent presentation skills to navigate short and mid-term sales cycles with C-level
* Proven expertise in business development, track record of mastering sales strategies for complex deep-tech SaaS products
* Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and non-verbal. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, while knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
* Proactive, dynamic, curious, eager to learn, and action-oriented. Ability to demonstrate motivations toward achieving the sales target and a sincere interest in Akur8 and its solutions
