Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Effectiveness Specialist to join our team at Organon. This role is responsible for driving business strategy, developing sales forecasts, and maximizing the impact of our sales forces through effective management of the Sales Incentive Plan system.

The ideal candidate will have advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Economics, with 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst/Sales Force Effectiveness position. They should possess strong analytical skills, ability to transform data into actionable information, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of distribution networks and pharmaceutical markets in France/Belgium/Switzerland is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement differentiated SIP programs to help field teams meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and develop forecasting models adapted to specific product features and geographies.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to build segmentation and targeting strategies.
