iAdvize, a pioneering company in AI-generated conversational platforms, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager EMEA (F/H/X) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our existing clients in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and expand our client base in the EMEA region.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract renewal, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop expertise in specific markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, particularly in the SaaS industry, with a strong background in customer relationship management and e-commerce.
  • Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with a working knowledge of a third language being a significant advantage.
