iAdvize, a pioneering French scale-up in AI-generated conversational commerce, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager EMEA (F/H/X) to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager EMEA (F/H/X), you will be responsible for retaining and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts on the French market, managing the entire sales cycle while respecting iAdvize's commercial strategy and methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the EMEA region.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Identify new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in markets and use cases to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline development.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in commercial roles, particularly in the SaaS industry, customer relationship management, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to surpass ambitious financial targets.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in a third language is highly valued.
