About Your Future Career

Malt is a rapidly scaling company that is recruiting for its top-performing Sales team to accelerate its exponential growth. We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to acquire, establish, and nurture long-term partnerships with our most important clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesI. Develop a Portfolio of Active Clients within Key Accounts:

Acquire a deep understanding of the rise of freelancing and its associated challenges from the client's portfolio of prospects and clients.

Accompany clients in analyzing their organizational environments and their relationship to freelancing.

Convince clients of the benefits of using a platform built on an open model that federates the leading community of freelancers in Europe.

II. Develop the 'Malt Reflex':

Establish a long-term support relationship with clients, playing a key role in bringing value to various client stakeholders through:

Identifying new needs in advance and responding with new expert profiles.

Conducting meetings and presenting deliverables on an ongoing basis, including contractual follow-up points, production of external analyses and benchmarks, and optimization of the customer experience.

Career Development:

Malt has a clearly defined career path to accompany teammates in their professional growth. The Sales team consists of different levels of seniority, including AM, KAM, Senior KAM, Practice Leader, and BU Manager. You also have the opportunity to develop as an individual contributor or team leader, taking initiative in organizing events, participating in conferences, and internal training with peers.

About You:
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing complex full-cycle B2B sales for key enterprise accounts.
  • Business school degree or equivalent.
  • Background in consulting or intellectual services is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent formal communication and presentation skills to organize and lead C-level meetings.
  • Appetite for business development and eager to hunt and create new opportunities to break ground in an industry where partnerships have yet to be built.
  • Curious and strong analytical skills to understand the short, medium, and long-term needs of clients.
  • Knowledge of the tech ecosystems and professions is a real asset.
  • Native-level French speaker with fully professional English and ready to collaborate in an international environment.
