iAdvize is a scale-up French company that has been a pioneer in AI-generated conversations since 2010. We are looking for a Key Account Manager EMEA (F/H/X) to join our team and contribute to our mission of making brands conversational.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to manage a portfolio of existing client accounts in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, in accordance with iAdvize's commercial strategy and methodology
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop expertise in specific markets
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the CRM system
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
