Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Junior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting our global hiring efforts and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on immigration law and compliance to support global hiring efforts
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding processes
- Stay up-to-date with changing immigration laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in immigration law
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Junior Legal Counsel or similar role
- Strong knowledge of international payroll and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
