Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Customer Success to join our Partnership Success division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy of the division, maintaining relationships with our partners, and growing our commercial relationship with them.
Your role will involve managing a team of Partnership Success Coordinators, working closely with the Head of Partnerships, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to define and optimize processes, tools, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Partnership Success Coordinators, including recruitment, training, and upskilling
- Co-construct the strategy of the Partnership Success division with the Head of Partnerships
- Define and optimize processes, tools, and campaigns with Marketing and Product teams
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner portfolio
- Ensure the satisfaction of our partners, from onboarding to renewal
- 5 years' higher education from a business or engineering school or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in a management role as manager of a Customer Success team or Account Managers in a hyper-growth B2B scale-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of a CRM tool (Hubspot)
- Analytical mind and comfortable with figures
- Excellent organizational skills with a sense of priorities
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take important decisions quickly
- Rigorous and agile, with the ability to analyze performance and draw conclusions
- Fluent in both spoken and written language, with a good level of English
