About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at AppsFlyer. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing clients' accounts on all levels, providing exceptional support, and helping them succeed in their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clients' accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes
- Handle new feature releases, providing training and support to clients
- Collect and provide client feedback to internal teams
- Upsell existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth
- Help clients adopt new features, ensuring seamless integration
Requirements:
- Native French language skills
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Web marketing and digital advertising experience
- Technical background and analytical experience
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for clients and/or conferences
Bonus Points:
- Mobile marketing or analytics experience
- Product management sense/familiarity
- Technical background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Tracking
