About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at AppsFlyer. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing clients' accounts on all levels, providing exceptional support, and helping them succeed in their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes
  • Handle new feature releases, providing training and support to clients
  • Collect and provide client feedback to internal teams
  • Upsell existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Help clients adopt new features, ensuring seamless integration

Requirements:

  • Native French language skills
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Web marketing and digital advertising experience
  • Technical background and analytical experience
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for clients and/or conferences

Bonus Points:

  • Mobile marketing or analytics experience
  • Product management sense/familiarity
  • Technical background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Tracking
