At Powerdot, we're revolutionizing the way people charge their cars. Our mission is to accelerate sustainable mobility by investing in, installing, and operating EV chargers with a cutting-edge business model. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Partnership Success Manager.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Partnership Success division, responsible for defining the strategy to maintain relationships with our partners, improve their satisfaction, and grow our commercial relationship with them. You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to co-construct the strategy, manage a team of 5 Partnership Success Coordinators, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage a team of Partnership Success Coordinators to ensure high-quality monitoring of our partners
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to define and optimize processes, tools, and campaigns
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner portfolio
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our partners throughout the onboarding and renewal process
Requirements
  • 5 years' higher education from a business or engineering school or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in a management role as manager of a Customer Success team or Account Managers in a hyper-growth B2B scale-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain progress and any obstacles
  • Good knowledge of a CRM tool (Hubspot)
  • Analytical mind with a strong understanding of figures
  • Excellent organizational skills with a sense of priorities
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the autonomy to make important decisions quickly
  • Rigorous and agile, with the ability to analyze performance and draw conclusions
  • Fluent in both spoken and written language, with a passion for customer contact
  • Ability to understand our business plan and growth levers, as well as retailers' businesses
  • Appetence and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and a desire to conquer a fast-growing market
