Your MissionThe Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at UiPath will engage with premier Enterprise accounts across France.
This role is a senior-level position, interacting with C-Suite executives from our leading industry clients.
Our sales team comprises seasoned, entrepreneurial, and high-energy software sales professionals. They collaborate daily with C-level executives and business leaders, including heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver significant business and individual value to client organizations.
This position is ideally based in Paris, with the flexibility for remote work.
What you'll do at UiPathAlign with our core company values: Bold, Humble, Immersed, and Fast Meet established sales objectives and outcomes within the quarterly timeline Enhance UiPath's brand presence in the market by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-driven approach Inform customers on how UiPath solutions can provide them with financial and professional advantages Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships within the territory Cultivate trusted partnerships with local affiliates and global systems integrators to generate new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to guarantee customers derive maximum value throughout their engagement Monitor industry competitors, emerging products, and market trends to comprehend specific customer needs What you'll bring to the team
Several years of experience in solution/value selling SaaS directly with C-level executives for top Enterprise Accounts across various industry sectors Proven track record of achieving sales quotas year over year, expanding an enterprise client portfolio through both new business acquisition and account growth Strong capability for cross-functional collaboration and influence both internally and externally Proficiency in navigating client organizations and establishing key contacts across multiple departments and leadership levels Data-driven approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance; familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies for accurate forecasting Fluency in both French and English
