Les équipes de vente interne sont chargées de gérer l'ensemble du processus commercial pour les professionnels de santé concernant les solutions Doctolib, y compris Doctolib Patient, Doctolib Téléconsultation et Doctolib Médecin.
En tant que Chargé(e) de Comptes (Vente interne), votre rôle sera de persuader de nouveaux praticiens d'adopter nos solutions. Vous établirez des relations solides avec les professionnels de santé afin de comprendre et de répondre à leurs besoins à long terme, tout en veillant à leur satisfaction quotidienne.
En rejoignant notre équipe dynamique, vos journées seront variées. Voici un aperçu de vos missions quotidiennes :
- Contacter et persuader les praticiens de la santé que Doctolib est la solution idéale pour optimiser leur temps médical, améliorer leur communication avec les patients et garantir une continuité des soins efficace.
- Former les praticiens à l'utilisation des outils et assurer leur satisfaction continue.
- Suivre et optimiser vos cycles de vente au quotidien.
- Collaborer étroitement avec d'autres équipes, notamment pour l'intégration des nouveaux utilisateurs et le support technique.
Compétences requises

Détails du poste
