Job Opportunity:

At TalentOla, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager - Manufacturing and Logistics to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling all services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and increase revenue

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and engineering challenges

• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

• IT Services Selling experience – product engineering

• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship

• Willingness to travel to named accounts onsite every-other-week minimum
