La stratégie de développement commercial EMEAI est appliquée et mise en œuvre auprès des grands comptes via des accords centraux.

Recherche de Nouveaux Segments

Recherche et évaluation des nouveaux segments potentiels axés sur la prescription, tels que les groupes de concessionnaires automobiles, les acteurs majeurs de la distribution de pièces de rechange (centrales d'achat), les Assureurs, les loueurs, les flottes, les réseaux de carrossiers.

Responsabilités
  • Identification, réalisation et commercialisation de nouveaux produits et services dans des marchés nouveaux ou existants.
  • Évaluation de la taille du marché potentiel de la peinture de réparation carrosserie dans le secteur de la prescription, identification des besoins des clients, les positions des concurrents, la faisabilité technique et d'autres facteurs de succès.
  • Recherche, analyse des tendances et les données marché axées sur la prescription qui ont un impact sur le volume, les marges, et la pénétration de SWAF au niveau national. Identification des leviers clés pour réussir à court, moyen et long terme.
  • Gestion du développement des clients et des contacts clés en ciblant les segments de marché, en participant à des salons professionnels et en réseautant au sein de l'industrie de la réparation automobile.
  • Coordination de l'exécution des accords en place en supervisant leur mise en œuvre.
  • Développement des ventes via la prescription en s'assurant de l'exécution terrain par les équipes commerce et technique pour servir au mieux les clients potentiels, nouveaux et existants. Évaluation des nouveaux produits et services potentiels par rapport aux opportunités/défis du marché.
  • Examen de manière critique des progrès réalisés par rapport au plan afin d'apporter les ajustements nécessaires pour un rentabilité optimale.
  • Communication de l'état d'avancement des projets et identification / tirer parti des ressources internes appropriées.

  • Ecole de commerce / Ingénieur Commercial de formation,
  • Anglais courant,
  • Connaissance des acteurs de l'après-vente automobile.
