Senior Business Development Director

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer hardware industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer base.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
