About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Business Development to join our team at BTA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations
  • Represent BTA at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
Requirements
  • BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
