Energy Industry Business Consultant

As a key member of our team at Dassault Systèmes, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the clean energy industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that capitalize on market intelligence and identify new opportunities for our solution portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Market Intelligence and Strategy Development: Develop, update, and capitalize on market intelligence to guide our sales forces in articulating the value of our solution portfolio.
- Value Proposition Development: Articulate new value propositions to develop and/or improve Energy and Materials solutions, highlighting potential benefits and expected performance indicators.
- Business Development and Partnership: Identify potential acquisition targets to cover areas of the portfolio where solutions are missing, and support the development of new business opportunities.
- Business Planning and Sales Enablement: Support the GEO Business Planning and Sales Enablement for selected Industry Segments, improving sales performance by providing valuable guidance to clients and GEO teams.
- Engagement and Collaboration: Engage with customers following the Value Engagement process, contributing to the development of executable plans to deliver our Industry Experience strategy.
- Marketing and Awareness: Actively participate in marketing events to foster the development of Dassault Systèmes awareness in Energy and Materials Industry Segments.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MBA a plus; more than 10+ years of experience in the Infrastructure and Energy industry, with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Management.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills, good knowledge of 3DS Industry Portfolio and offer preferred, and experience in Business Consulting and Consultative Selling with an emphasis on business transformation and change management.
- Leadership and Innovation: Act as a leader in change and innovation, inspiring others to invest in change and innovation by leading by example and developing new original ideas.
- Collaboration and Communication: Exert a positive influence on relationships within the organization, using active listening skills and providing constructive feedback to promote own development and that of others.
