Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations and Supply Chain expert to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a Business Value Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and capitalizing industry knowledge and know-how for our China Operations team.

Your primary focus will be on the Home & Lifestyle and Consumer Packaged Goods-Retail industries, where you will analyze and optimize market business processes through customer engagements. You will define an approach based on Dassault Systèmes solutions, mainly DELMIA for production and Supply Chain areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and update industry knowledge and know-how for China Operations team
  2. Document the 3DS value proposal for clients of assigned Industry Segments
  3. Provide advice and expertise upstream of projects through a consultative approach to customers or Dassault Systèmes sales partners
  4. Analyze and optimize market business processes through customer engagements
  5. Engage with selected customers and support Value Assessment and Value Definition phases of Value Engagements at MUST clients of assigned Industry Segments
  6. Participate in each gate of Value Engagement on involved MUST accounts
  7. Support Sales Enablement, Industry Certification, and Business Planning for assigned Industry Segments
  8. Develop and animate a network of DS and Partners around Industry
Requirements

You must have at least 10 years of experience in consulting around Operations and Supply Chain. Your knowledge of the Home & Lifestyle and Consumer Packaged Goods-Retail industries is essential. You should possess qualities of rigor, autonomy, and excellent customer relations, with the ability to listen and synthesize. Business acumen and strategic thinking are also valuable elements for this position.
