Technical Sales Representative in Hardware and Plumbing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Oracle. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team to support account sales and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow company methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
  • Ensure that Oracle's sales programs are known and executed in assigned territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop strategic account planning over 1-3 years, as well as regular implementation of account reviews.
  • Result and quota responsibility for Oracle Systems products.
  • Position suitable Oracle Systems products based on the customer's IT strategy.
  • Closely collaborate with all Oracle LoBs.
  • Integrate and control partners to expand the Oracle systems footprint.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
