Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving new account development and expanding existing accounts within a designated geographic territory. As a key member of the Oracle sales team, you will work closely with account teams to identify, qualify, and deliver hardware products and solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Planning and Development: Develop and execute account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers, providing trusted advice and guidance on Oracle Systems products and solutions.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with partners and other stakeholders to drive growth and expansion.
  5. Performance Management: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales performance.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Systems products and solutions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
