Job Title: Hardware Sales Representative II

This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and expanding existing accounts within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the account team to identify and deliver hardware products and solutions that meet customer needs.
  2. Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and goal attainment in assigned territory.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to support account sales and business development strategies.
  4. Identify and engage key customer influencers and decision-makers to build trusted advisor relationships.
  5. Drive company strategy into assigned accounts and ensure seamless execution of sales programs.
  6. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Your Responsibilities Include:
  1. Developing strategic account planning over 1-3 years, including regular account reviews.
  2. Result and quota responsibility for Oracle Systems products.
  3. Proactively developing new customer potential and positioning suitable Oracle Systems products based on customer IT strategy.
  4. Identifying and implementing projects and potential, as well as providing realistic and reliable assessments.
  5. Expanding existing customer relationships at all relevant levels, including CxO level.
  6. Closely collaborating with all Oracle LoBs and integrating partners to expand the Oracle systems footprint.
