This role will involve implementing processes for identifying training needs within the organization, collaborating with internal and external experts to create training materials, and setting up platforms to deliver training content to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a training framework that aligns with the company's overall sales strategy and goals

  • Proactively suggest training and education topics to support sales strategy and goals
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in marketing or communication
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or instructional design
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (German, French, Italian) is an asset
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and present to senior levels
