The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market sales team in France. As a key member of our team, you'll drive growth, manage a team of 5 dynamic Sales representatives, and collaborate with our Mid-market Director EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop your team: manage a team of 5 FTEs through regular meetings, 1-on-1s, and performance reviews.
  2. Drive Sales Excellence: understand the unique challenges of your market and become a trusted business partner to your clients.
  3. Optimize Sales Processes: collaborate with Sales Ops to allocate territories, accounts, and objectives effectively.
  4. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sourcing, Community, Marketing to provide your Sales reps with the resources they need to succeed.
About You

We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of sales experience, 2 years of team management experience, and expertise in Mid-market sales cycles. You'll be fluent in French and English, comfortable in a dynamic international environment, and possess strong soft skills.
