About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Pedagogical Coordinator to join our team at École normale supérieure - PSL. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, supporting the Master's program in Philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and pedagogical aspects of the Master's program, including admissions, student tracking, and faculty support.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and communications with students, faculty, and staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including universities and research institutions.
- Provide administrative support for the Master's program, including budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the program director and faculty to develop and implement program policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in higher education administration preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French (written and spoken).
