About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Delta Electronics EMEA team in France/Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the automotive sector, specifically in the areas of power magnetics and current sensing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth in assigned automotive Tier-1 and OEM accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial activities, coordinating technical, logistical, and quality-related discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration among French customers, Business Units, and factories in Asia.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and product roadmap update meetings with existing customers.
  • Identify key decision-makers and set up product introduction meetings with prospect customers.
  • Provide monthly and semi-annual sales activity and revenue projections to EMEA and Business Unit Management.
  • Support cross-Business Group and Business Unit accounts, driving cross-selling activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on power electronics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management in automotive component business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an international business environment.
  • Strong ability to handle commercial and technical discussions.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
  • Independent and self-driven personality, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • EU citizenship or permanent resident permit in France/Italy.
  • Valid driver's license, with frequent travel within Europe (approximately 30%) and occasional trips to Asia.
