Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate and support our global sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space, and extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program, partnering with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps, and conducting ongoing needs assessments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing metrics to ensure consistent evaluation
- Crafting and running sales enablement tools and enablement materials
- Identifying and spotlighting repeatable standard methodologies for rapid dissemination across the field
- Building and owning the sales enablement content in our Learning Management System (Sidetrade Academy)
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and team management skills, and a BSc degree. Additional certification in training is a plus.
