Position Title: Junior HR Business Partner
Position Overview:
- Management of Disciplinary Actions: In your role as a labor law specialist, you will oversee the management of disciplinary actions for our workforce. This includes issuing notifications, tracking legal proceedings, and preparing documentation for terminations and warnings. You will collaborate with our legal department on litigation matters and propose enhancements for internal monitoring systems.
- Legal Compliance and Advisory: You will keep abreast of changes in labor legislation to ensure adherence and provide support to our Recruitment and HR teams. Furthermore, you will assist the organization during mergers and acquisitions by reviewing contracts and insurance documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing studies in Human Resources or Labor Law;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive attitude, and proficiency in Office applications;
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in labor law are vital for success in this position.
