Meet Our Team:

At Pega, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Middle East/Gulf Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on their business process automation journey
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base
  • Collaborate with Pega's partners to generate value propositions and drive sales growth

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience
  • Knowledge of assigned industry and region (Gulf Region, preferably government)
  • Stable and progressive history of quota achievement
  • Solid foundation in account management, radiation, and pipelining
  • Knowledge of business-value generating enterprise software solutions
