About the Role

Gigamon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product roadmaps.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience in the Network Security and/or Networking space.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
