Job Description

You will be part of our Sales Administration team, responsible for managing client orders using our SAP software and ensuring the smooth processing of shipments. Your clients will include major retailers, international DIY distributors, and B2B companies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process orders, monitor information, and input services and products
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policy, quality of service, and delivery dates
  • Calculate shipping costs and track shipping schedules
  • Process invoices according to incoterms
  • Resolve shipping litigation
  • Assist the accounting department in handling delayed payments
Requirements
  • Degree in sales administration or similar, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the SAP environment or an ERP is a plus
  • Fluent French and English is mandatory, with another language a plus
  • Reactivity, organizational skills, and customer satisfaction are essential
