L'entreprise Agenium Group recherche un Key Account Manager Senior H/F pour renforcer son équipe commerciale. Ce poste est responsable de la commercialisation de l'ensemble des produits et services associés, en couvrant des domaines d'expertise tels que l'ingénierie système et simulation, l'informatique technique, les logiciels embarqués et l'électronique.
Missions- Chasser, développer et fidéliser le portefeuille prospects et clients par l'entretien d'une relation commerciale régulière,
- Analyser dans le détail les besoins et les attentes clients afin d'apporter une solution adaptée à ceux-ci,
- Étudier son marché, démarcher de nouveaux clients par une prospection active, ciblée et judicieuse,
- Maintenir et développer ses connaissances de la gamme des produits et de leurs applications dans les différents domaines de l'industrie,
- Contribuer au développement de l'image et de la notoriété de l'entreprise,
- Au niveau Administratif :
- Assurer la transmission des informations en interne et en externe (décisions, notes etc.),
- Coordonner la rédaction et le suivi de la documentation contractuelle,
- Rédiger des supports de communication interne (rapport, compte rendu, note...),
- Suivi des actions de facturations et mise à jour de l'ERP.
- Appétence indispensable pour la prospection et les négociations complexes dans un environnement international,
- Maturité et la volonté de travailler sur des sujets commerciaux à hautes valeurs techniques et intellectuelles,
- Connaissance des process de ventes grands comptes,
- Aisance à évoluer dans un environnement technique dans le domaine de la défense,
- Capacité à s'adresser à des interlocuteurs de haut niveau avec discipline, loyauté et franchise,
- Capacité d'écoute, d'analyse et d'argumentation,
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives dans un cadre défini.
