Sous la Direction du Chef des ventes du secteur, le Commercial Key Account Manager assure la prise de marché et l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux sur les clients multi fonds et clients premium (dont restaurants étoilés) de son périmètre.

Ses missions sont les suivantes :

  • Prospection & intensité commerciale
    • Développer la prospection directe du portefeuille du périmètre de responsabilité
    • Visiter les clients selon les objectifs définis en amont, notamment pour effectuer ses revues d'affaires commerciales
    • Assurer le cadrage commercial et le bon respect des processus dont notamment ceux définis dans le cadre du canal de livraison
    • Gérer et anticiper les risques financiers, assurer le recouvrement des créances et être responsable du solde comptable de ses clients.
  • Négociation
    • Négocier des accords de partenariats avec les clients du portefeuille et acquisitions potentielles
    • Développer l'implémentation des marques propres chez les clients du périmètre de responsabilité
  • Réseau de communication interne et externe
    • Assurer une communication transversale avec ses clients internes (Halles) et les fonctions supports (développement des ventes)
    • Être le relai et référent de la politique commerciale Grands comptes sur son bassin, être reconnu comme le support du Chef des ventes
    • Participer aux évènements sur son territoire, notamment les différents Salons, foires et évènements professionnels
    • Développer son écosystème externe (industriel, réseaux sociaux professionnels, institutionnels, leader d'opinion)
  • PILOTAGE DE L'ACTIVITE ET DE LA PERFORMANCE
    • Piloter la feuille de route annuelle et trimestrielle (stratégie de saturation clients et acquisition)
    • Assurer le suivi et la gestion des créances

Qualifications

Fort d'une expérience dans le domaine commercial avec des clients grands comptes, vous souhaitez vous spécialiser sur une clientèle premiun et développer votre secteur au niveau d'un bassin économique

A l'aise avec les outils, vous êtes reconnu pour votre expertise analytique et votre connaissance du marché

Dynamique et motivé, vous êtes force de proposition et avez envie de participer à la vie de votre équipe et de votre bassin
