As a Commercial Key Accounts professional, you will play a crucial role in developing our client portfolio. Your primary mission will be to actively prospect new clients (lawyers, accountants, notaries...) in the departments of 31, 34, 66, 11, and 81, while developing and retaining existing accounts. As a true ambassador for Medialex, your role will be to:
- Active Prospecting: Identify and prospect new potential clients through visits, calls, or integration of professional networks in the area;
- Portfolio Development: Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, establishing trust relationships with clients;
- Needs Analysis: Understand the challenges and needs of clients to propose tailored solutions;
- Negotiation and Conclusion: Conduct commercial negotiations and close deals;
- Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels and identify business potential;
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of proposed solutions and maintain close ties with your Commercial Manager and colleagues in the southern region.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have significant experience in BtoB prospecting;
- You are truly autonomous, proactive, and organize your own schedules;
- You are comfortable with demanding clients and know how to approach them.
