About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Commerce Assistant to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including infographics, lead generation campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Participate in the development and deployment of new e-commerce solutions and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
