Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability across online and physical retail channels.
  • Manage distributor relationships, including contract negotiations, terms, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with retailers to increase conversion by enhancing content and boosting visibility.
  • Drive in-store launch plans based on return on investment (ROI) when appropriate.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in online retail management, with experience in brick-and-mortar retail. Background in international Consumer Electronics and/or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in managing retail channels and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Adaptable to changing priorities in the blockchain industry.
  • Fluent in English. German, Italian, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus.
